Turning design concepts into tangible prototypes is a crucial step in the manufacturing process.
We use resin or aluminium to produce patterns for our customers and can produce sample and prototype moulds of any type.
We have extensive experience in producing quality tray samples for customers for product testing.
Samples can be produced in any quantity- we understand that customers often need a large number of these for full trials of production lines.
Our experienced engineers manufacture high quality thermoforming tooling using state of the art machinery. We have designed and manufactured tooling for all major thermoforming machines including Illig, Kiefel, GN, WM, TFT, Inpak, Gabler, Dupatec, Scope and Yeniyurt.
We have extensive capabilities in CNC machining, turning, shot blasting, grinding, zinc plating & anodising, deep hole drilling, water jet cutting, polished finishes, 3d printing & bulk part machining.
We also offer on-site commissioning for our finished tools and we can repair and refurbish existing tools.
